When you buy from us or one of our authorized sellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us. Customers can expect to receive a refund, replacement, or gift card from us. Every purchase you make from one of our approved vendors is covered by our quality assurance programme, which ensures that the product will last as long as you expect. Consequently, we are delighted to work with you on a reasonable, fair and reasonable basis with you, the customer, in mind.
Please be aware that the Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unlicensed sellers because we have no control over the quality of those products. In addition, the Guarantee only applies to the original end-user buyer.
If your request is approved, you will need to mail your Uneformals product, a proof of purchase, and your original invoice number to:

Damage & Claims
The exchange of damaged item(s) will be allowed if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong size or wrong item. The complaint has to be raised within 7 working days (via email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp) after receiving the parcel. The customer service team after reviewing the request will issue a coupon of same value valid for online store ONLY, which can be used to buy item(s) in future. Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.
Please note, the items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be sent to us for exchange through courier. The items can be exchanged at our retail outlet only.
What Is Covered In Our Exchange Policy?
Items purchased from our online store and physical stores can be sent back for exchange at our outlet or you can contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier. For further assistance in queries and exchange policy, feel free to contact us on info@uneformals.com
Uneformals allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of item will be allowed if:
- The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item;
- The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item;
- The item is in its original packing and the price tag is intact;
- The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item;
- It has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and will not be refunded.
Uneformals has the right, at it’s the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange. Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
This exchange policy does not apply to orders to be shipped outside Pakistan.
Return Policy
Uneformals strictly follows ‘NO cashback’ policy which means the option of monetary/cashback is not available. The Exchange/Refund Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.
Place your order for replacement items online and send back your unwanted product for a refund for quicker service. We accept returns within 7 days after the purchase date for a refund in the form of an exchanged product, discounted voucher or a gift card.
If you return the product, we will offer a refund if it satisfies the following conditions:
- Is brand new and pristine!
- Hasn’t been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Is eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):
1. Complete Return Form: Don’t have a Return Form? Please click here to download one
2. Repack Merchandise: Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
3. Ship to: Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:
